Originally a dry goods storage facility built in 1924, this brick and concrete building sits along the ever developing creative corridor of Glenwood Avenue. We designed our own space along the north end of the building, strategically facing International Market Square. Allowing natural light and views to flow through the space was priority one. We integrated two glass walls with transoms reaching a height of twelve feet – both positioned to create distinctive work and meeting areas within the space. There is also a secret room, but you’ll have to bring us donuts to see it!
