The developer of this new automotive condo complex hired us to create an interior space in which prospective buyers could envision a potential design. Taking the approach of a modern-nordic aesthetic, we created a main level garage and work area that opens to a mezzanine above, flooded with natural light and glass. The mezzanine space is closed off to the main floor with floor to ceiling steel windows, and includes a bar / eating area, lounge with hi-fi system, a desk area, private balcony, and a bath – all overlooking the main floor.
