Tudor on the Point

Located on a peninsula between Echo Bay and Lafayette Bay on Lake Minnetonka, the owners of this property asked to remove their existing lake house and construct a new residence to capture the multiple views offered by this unique site. Murphy & Co. developed a layout that would not only increase the view, but also work within the tight setback and impervious surface requirements. The result is a timeless design based on the English half-timber style, with nearly every room capturing the lake views.
