Northome Addition
Scroll to viewThe homeowners of this stately 1963-built Lake Minnetonka home desired a renovation and expansion that would preserve the design integrity and balance of the home without increasing its footprint. This was accomplished by adding new spaces into the existing roof structure in the form of dormers, appearing original to the design of the home. An extensive landscape redesign was part of the project, as well as interior updates to many of the main living spaces.
